I'm just writing to say how much your delivery has cheered up a rainy day, on which the car has broken down and my wife has been away in England on family business. I fell upon my parcel like the proverbial Assyrian (to mix a metaphor) and enjoyed my first bacon baguette in months. Even the dog, missing his mistress, was cheered up as he munched on bacon rind from my plate. We may have Foie Gras in the larder (from our Christmas hamper) but it is no match for your bacon and sausage. So if anyone should ask what you do for a living, you can tell them that you are a mental health specialist supporting the emotional well-being of the ex-pat community - I only wish your products were available on prescription!
